• Order details — the name, email address, phone number and shipping address you enter at checkout, along with what you ordered and what it cost.
• Account details — if you create an account, your email address and a securely hashed password. We never see or store your password in readable form.
• Payment references — the transaction identifiers our payment gateway returns, so we can match a payment to your order and refund it if needed.

• Card and UPI details. Payments are handled entirely by Razorpay on their own systems. Your card number, CVV, UPI PIN and bank credentials never reach our servers and we could not see them if we wanted to.
• Advertising and analytics trackers. This site runs no Google Analytics, no advertising pixels and no third-party behavioural tracking of any kind.

We set one cookie, and only if you sign in: a session cookie that keeps you logged in. It is strictly necessary for the site to work and is not used to track you.

Your shopping bag and wishlist are kept in your own browser's local storage. That data stays on your device, is never sent to us until you actually place an order, and clearing your browser data removes it.

We share the minimum necessary with the services that make an order work:

• Razorpay — to take payment and issue refunds.
• Supabase — our database and login provider, where your account and order records are stored.
• Resend — to send you order confirmations and shipping updates.
• Our delivery partners — your name, address and phone number, so the parcel can reach you.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with anyone for marketing purposes.

Order records are kept for as long as we may need them for accounting, tax and dispute purposes. Account details are kept until you ask us to delete the account. Cart and wishlist data lives only in your browser and is never retained by us.

You can ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct anything wrong, or ask us to delete your account. Email stylishgenzthrift@gmail.com from the address on the account and we will action it within 30 days. We may need to keep records of completed orders even after an account is deleted, where the law requires it.

The site is served over HTTPS, passwords are hashed by our login provider, and admin areas are restricted. No system is perfectly secure, but we do not hold the category of data that would be most damaging to lose — card details — because we never receive it.

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes will be notified by email to account holders.
